​How Do I Place An Order?
Hello. If you are buying an item in stock just purchase as you see it listed but if you need something customized please email us and we will see if there is something we can do.
We do paint (airbrush on canvas for commission: Average 1 weeks for turn around so order in advance.)
We do build rings for custom sizes but there is a non refundable deposit for materials and labor. Average 1 weeks.
We do build large leather purses but there is a non refundable deposit and we don't work off other designs. We have stock design base models that we work from.

Shipping and Fulfillment

We work with several major shipping companies but mainly through USPS standard 2-3 day shipping rates. (Post Office)
MERCH items are fulfilled by Printful, a third party print-on-demand company. Printful fulfills orders after they receive payment. Your item(s) will arrive usually within 7-10 days. Earth, Air, and Fire crafts does not control shipping of MERCH from Printful's warehouse.​
Refunds: We offer a refund if the item is retuned undamaged. We understand that buying on line is difficult. We will have to charge for shipping. We only offer refunds on craftsmanship defects but most of the time we work to replace the item if we can. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Due to the high volume and handcrafted nature some items are not easy to replicate but work with us and we will make it right. We will do our best to copy what we did before but each work is truly handcrafted and exact matches are not promised or implied. Please take out needed insurance on high price art work purchased from us.
